We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who is obsessed with user growth, content, and experiments. If you enjoy building from 0→1 and scaling what works, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Plan & execute growth campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Work on user acquisition funnels (organic + paid)
• Create & test UGC, reels, and ad creatives
• Optimize conversion flows (landing pages, app journeys, CTAs)
• Track metrics like CAC, retention, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with product & content teams to improve user experience
• Run A/B tests and identify what drives growth
Who You Are
• Strong interest in marketing, startups, and growth
• Understands Instagram/Reels trends & content psychology
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing & analytics
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Good communication skills
