• AI Tool Inputs: When you use our free tools (AI Job Scanner, Salary Jasus, Career Roadmap), you may submit resume text, job descriptions, role names, or salary expectations. This input is processed by AI to generate your personalised results.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, IP address, and device type — collected anonymously via server logs and analytics.
• Job Saves: If you save a job or use employer-facing features, we record your interaction for your session and account history.

• To provide and continuously improve the Platform and its tools.
• To generate AI-powered career intelligence results via our free tools.
• To display personalised job market reports.
• To send transactional emails (account alerts) — not marketing without explicit consent.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Our free AI tools — AI Job Scanner, Salary Jasus, and Career Roadmap — use Google's AI services to process your inputs and generate results. Your inputs are transmitted securely via API for processing. We do not store your raw AI tool inputs beyond your active session unless you explicitly save a result. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Google's use of data via API is governed by Google's API Terms of Service.

5. Data Sources for Market Reports

Job Market Reports are generated from aggregated data sourced from verified third-party endpoints including Adzuna (adzuna.in). Salary and demand figures are statistical estimates based on active job listings at the time of data collection and are not individually attributed to any person.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use session cookies (essential for login and security) and analytics cookies (to understand usage patterns). No third-party advertising cookies are placed by us. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; core features require session cookies to function.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers necessary to operate the Platform (hosting, email, AI API services) under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud.

8. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of an account closure request.
• AI tool session inputs: Not stored beyond the session unless explicitly saved by you.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics.
