These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jobdha.com ("Platform"), operated by OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a DPIIT-recognised startup registered in India. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Platform
Jobdha.com is a Job Market Intelligence Platform — our primary service. It provides data-driven market reports, salary benchmarks, skill demand analysis, and AI-powered career tools to help job seekers understand India's employment landscape.
In addition, Jobdha operates a separate job board at /job, where employers can post openings and job seekers can discover opportunities. Our job board is built on a zero-friction model — job seekers are never required to register or log in. Candidates connect directly with employers through the contact methods each employer chooses to provide, including direct phone, WhatsApp, email, or the employer's own ATS/application link. We do not intermediate the hiring process.
2. Intellectual Property
The Platform's underlying methodology and intelligence system are protected under Indian Patent No. 202531055721, filed by OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd. All content — including market reports, salary data, skill analysis, career roadmaps, and AI-generated results — is the intellectual property of OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Accuracy of Data
Job market data, salary figures, and demand statistics are estimates derived from aggregated third-party data sources at the time of collection. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. Actual compensation may vary by employer, location, experience, and market conditions.
4. AI Tools — Acceptable Use
Our free AI tools (AI Job Scanner, Salary Jasus, Career Roadmap) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data without authorisation.
- Use automated scripts or bots to query the tools.
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or data sources.
- Use AI-generated results for commercial redistribution or resale.
AI-generated results are advisory in nature and not guaranteed to be accurate. You use them at your own risk.
5. Employer Accounts & Job Postings
Employers posting job listings agree that all listings are genuine, accurate, and comply with applicable Indian labour laws. The Company reserves the right to remove any listing deemed fraudulent or misleading without notice or refund.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy any data from this Platform for redistribution.
- Use this Platform to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law.
7. Third-Party Links & Data Sources
This Platform aggregates data from verified third-party sources and may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Job application links lead to external platforms governed by their own terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Platform, reliance on market data, or outcomes from AI tool usage.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Platform's tools or data.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance.
