We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to contact potential customers, explain our services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive ability, and basic computer knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain company products/services clearly to prospects
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain call records and update CRM or lead sheets
Follow up with interested prospects
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Active listening skills
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / telemarketing (Freshers can apply)

Work Mode: Office-based / Remote (as applicable)
Working Hours: 10 AM -7 PM
Salary: 10K -15K + Incentives Upto [15K]
