Bio
22 years in media, creative, and editorial work. I started in television — associate producer at a news channel in Delhi — then moved into content distribution at a digital media company, and eventually led the creative team at an advertising agency. At Jobdha, I head the Creative, Editorial & Public Relations practice. I review reports on creative directors, graphic designers, video editors, animators, PR managers, copywriters, technical writers, and content writers. India's creative economy is growing fast, especially in short-form video and regional language content, and that is pulling talent into cities like Jaipur, Indore, and Kochi. I make documentary short films in my spare time and I run weekend media workshops for college students.
