About

Bio

19 years in education and corporate training. I started as a school teacher in Hyderabad, moved into curriculum design for a large ed-tech company, and then ran the learning and development function at an IT services firm. I wrote a book about the gap between what colleges teach and what employers want — it is called 'The Bharat Classroom'. At Jobdha, I cover the Education & Training practice, reviewing reports on teachers, academic coordinators, curriculum designers, corporate trainers, and L&D managers. The biggest shift I see is how ed-tech layoffs pushed a lot of talent back into traditional education roles, and schools are actually better for it. I study ancient Indian philosophy and I volunteer at a government school near my home.
