I started as a site engineer on a cement plant project in Rajasthan, then spent 15 years at a heavy engineering company overseeing plant setup and production lines across six states. My last role before Jobdha was heading talent acquisition for an infrastructure conglomerate. Here, I lead the Engineering, Manufacturing & Production practice — reviewing reports on civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, site engineers, plant managers, production supervisors, and factory managers. I understand what it takes to hire for a construction site in Nagpur versus a semiconductor fab in Gujarat — they are completely different talent pools. I restore vintage machinery as a hobby, and most evenings you will find me with my grandchildren.
