I have been building software systems for 20 years — starting as a Java developer in Chennai, then moving into architecture roles at two product companies in Bangalore. I have worked on everything from monolithic ERP systems to cloud-native microservices. At Jobdha, I lead the Information Technology practice, reviewing market reports on software developers, AI engineers, full-stack developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and system architects. I track how the Indian IT hiring landscape shifts with each technology wave — right now it is LLMs and platform engineering. I am also a published author (one book on distributed systems) and I trek in the Western Ghats with my two kids whenever I get the chance.
