I came up through the kitchen — started as a trainee at a five-star in Ahmedabad, worked my way to F&B director, and then moved into hospitality consulting where I helped set up hotel operations across Gujarat and Rajasthan. At Jobdha, I lead the Food, Beverage & Hospitality practice, reviewing reports on chefs, F&B managers, hotel managers, housekeeping supervisors, banquet managers, and front office roles. India's hospitality hiring is booming beyond metros — wedding destinations, temple towns, and eco-tourism spots are all competing for trained staff. I spend weekends exploring local cuisines and I maintain a small kitchen garden at home.
