I have launched products in fintech, health-tech, and SaaS — some succeeded, a few did not. At Jobdha, I lead the Product Management & Design practice, reviewing reports on product managers, product owners, product analysts, UI/UX designers, and product designers. What I track closely is how product roles are evolving in India — five years ago only Bangalore had product manager openings; now Pune, Hyderabad, and even Jaipur have significant demand. I take long nature walks to think through problems and I read consumer psychology research for fun.
